9 month old

My LO is 9 months old on next Thursday he has a fever of 99.4 rectal temp and has a runny nose , cough and sneezing every so often. I did give him a little Tylenol to drop the temp, waiting for his pediatrician to call back but they are taking what seems to feel like forever. I am a FTM so please any advice. I gave him a lukewarm bath this morning and used fridababy nose spray ….

What else can I do? I will however wait for his pediatrician to call back but I wanna get other moms opinions and advice
