Tired after birth, how long does this last?

I gave birth 4 weeks ago and I feel the same tiredness if not more. How long does this last? I am still healing. First time mom. Don’t know what to think/expect. Please no mean comments, thanks.

Some days you’ll notice it gets better, then some days you’re absolutely exhausted again.
By daughter is 10 and a half months old and there are still some days I’m just as tired as I was when she was a couple days old.
It will definitely start to get better though! For me, I felt like I was sleeping a little better around 2-3 months!

Honestly, it lasts a long time. A child is exhausting. But it doesn’t last FOREVER. That’s what I had to keep telling myself. It’s not forever.

It can last a long time. I think it's different for everyone. You know yourself best, and if you feel like something is off maybe go get it checked. I got checked when my dusghter was 8 months because I felt like it just wasn't getting better. I had blood samples taken and I was low on various vitamins 😅

My son is almost 3. I’m still tired! But seriously, there are so many changes that contribute to being a tired mom. So it’s really normal. I think I started catching up and feeling more normal about the time my son was 10 months or so. That’s when we established a good predictable schedule. It helped a lot.

For me it was about 4 months in. But my baby slept like shit and still does, so...
