Hasn't wrote to me all day...but keeps being online

My bf went on vacation to Albany with his father and step mom. I wrote to him last night at 11pm he hasn't replied to me since then it's about to be 6pm. He opened my msg left it on read. He keeps getting on every couple of minutes but hasn't replied or even wrote to me starting a new conversation. This isn't a one time thing because he's on vacation, this is how it is regularly. I'm honestly hurt and tired. I love him a lot but I can he has exited a long time ago. He always has his phone and has a apple watch there no way he can miss my msg. Whenever we're togethor he replies to his friends and other people as soon as the msg pops up.... I'm honestly just hurt..
