Baby's feet by face, folded in half

My baby has has their legs up and feet near face since about 26 weeks (I'm 33 weeks currently) and my last u/s at 30 weeks he was frank breech but the past few days I've been getting kicks on my cervix and movements have changed places. I'm having a scheduled csection so if he's breech or not doesn't matter but has anyone had their baby put their legs down after them being up for a bit? I'm mostly worried about hip dysplasia. Thanks!

Also if you had frank breech, did your baby have hip dysplasia? How long did it take for their legs to go down?
