Pain in left leg?

34+5 and today my left leg started aching like no tomorrow at around 430pm. Moving around hasn't seemed to help and walking is actually quite painful. It feels sort of in my lower thigh / upper calf and definitely internal rather than from a bruise etc. I don't have any swelling that I can tell?

Is this something I should be worried about? Google obviously leads me to talk of blood clots and DVTs. It's currently just after 9pm and I really don't want to go wait around to see a doctor tonight. Do you think it would be ok to just see how I go during the night?
