4 weeks after natural miscarriage and no AF yet
I miscarried naturally 4 weeks ago (I was 7 weeks far when I miscarried). My HPTs got negative and I’ve been tracking my Ovulation but never got a peak test. I have no AF yet and my hpt is negative. Can I get my AF even without ovulating? How long does it usually take? I have slight cramps but that’s about it.
