LH Surge???

So, I'm confused. Back in May I lost my and our first child and had a D&C. My husband and I aren't necessarily TRYING (we're very active but I'm not really tracking that closely and I'm not using any fertility supplements or anything) but we're not avoiding either. Anyway, last Friday (Sep. 3rd) I decided out of the blue to take an ovulation test. I didn't stick around for the whole time frame and didn't take a picture but the results were looking like a very light positive or a very dark negative. I couldn't tell and I had to leave for work. It was dark enough to where I figured in the next day or two I would peak. I meant to test that Saturday or Sunday but forgot. Fast forward to today (Sep. 8th) I decided to take another test, expecting a definite negative. But this is what I got. What could this mean? A second LH surge? Or a prolonged LH surge?? Or early pregnancy? I heard you can get LH surges in early pregnancy.

On top of that I've had a temp rise. No, I haven't consistently tracked it since the loss. I have taken my temp a couple times due to thinking I was sick but I wasn't. It was just allergies. I have tracked before in the past and know that my average temp is 97.6. Well, I took my temp today just for shits and giggles and it's up to 98.3.

What could this mean?!?! Is this my rainbow baby or just ovulation???
