Have any mummas gone back to work? I would like to go back to work but I also don’t want to miss out on anything with my little miss 😩

I had 12 weeks maternity leave and I've been back to work going on 3 weeks now. My little guy goes to daycare with his older brother who is almost 4. The first few days were hard with the new adjustment but otherwise it's been great. No way I would be able to work with him home with me, my job is too demanding. 
We have them in a great daycare and prioritize early childhood education, not just a babysitting service. Its incredibly beneficial in my opinion

Gonna be honest. I started a great job working from home but I had a break down and had to quit. My baby has been crying all night because he is teething early. It’s been 3 months since I’ve given birth and postpartum depression has really sucked. Good luck and listen to what your mind and heart tell you. I thought I was ready but wasn’t.
