What does your schedule look like for the day with your 4 month old?

I just feel like the day is soooooo long lol. I try to do as many things as possible, but ya know .. he’s only a baby lol

Wakes up around 6:30 or 7, bottle when he wakes up,
Play until 8 or 8:30, then nap. First playtime of the day I usually just set him on a playmat and get things done and/or drink my coffee🤣 he loves the lovevery play mat, keeps him entertained! 
Basically we just repeat a pattern of baby being awake for 1.5-2 hours at a time, bottles every 3ish hours, play time in between! For most play times I get on the floor with him, show him toys, talk with him, that kind of thing. But sometimes just let him play independently too! In the evening I usually put him in the bouncer chair while I prepare dinner. 
He goes to bed around 7pm!

6:00 - feed and back to sleep
8:30 - wake up and play - this is usually a light play until he gets hungry so simple tummy time with a mirror. On the floor with him talking to him. Reading a book etc.
9:30 - feed
10:00 - 11:00 - nap (nap varies from 30- 1hr)
11:00-12:30 - play - this play time is a more active tummy time session. Teaching to roll from tummy to back (he already rolls back to tummy), discovering toes, flash cards, water mat etc. Just changing it up as much as I can to keep him interested 
12:30 - feed
1:00-3:00 - nap (nap can last anywhere between 30 minutes to 2 hrs) 
3:00 - 4:00 play - this play is outside. We have a mat we take outside and I place him under a tree he loves watching the leaves move. I also bring out a crinkle book for his feet to play with and a ball for him to hold. He basically sits under the tree for the full hour as he absolutely loves it. If his nap isn’t as long we will also go for a walk at this point too.
4:00 - feed
4:30 - 5:30 nap
5:30 - 7:00 play - this is similar to the 11-12:30 play. Plus a walk with daddy. We like to put him in the carrier for this one and face him outwards so he can explore and we talk to him and tell him things he is seeing.
7:00 - Bath
7:15 - feed 
7:30 - bed
We try to make sure he gets 14-17 hours of sleep in a 24 hour period still.
