Birth story 9/8/21

So here I am 39 weeks and 5 days went in to my appointment with my midwife at noon and they tried to induce me with midwife brew but I threw it up and was a fail so we waited all day at the birthing center but nothing was happening I was 4 cm and 80% effaced sooo ready so we left and our midwife suggested that we walk in the mall but we decided to go grocery shopping for the month lol 😆 and while we were in Walmart I started contacting I had like 10 contractions in Walmart and we had a full basket of groceries my husband was timing them and they were like 5 to 6 min apart so we rushed home dropped off the groceries and sped to the birthing center which was 35 mins away we made it there I got into the pool that was already prepared and ready for me and I had my son so fast I mean I was in that water only 2 hrs we were not able to film because he came out in literally one push I caught him myself no one was there I pretty much birthed my own baby water birth all natural birth
