In love with another man

So I have been dealing with this man two years almost three years we started off as friends he worked over seas so he hardly ever was home it’s like we had a mental connection with another first thing so in 2019 he came home to visit he asked his gf I knew nothing about to marry him and that messed me up like a fool I forgave him so 2029 he was overseas that whole year he came home in Dec 2020 with a injured back we talked daily and my feelings grew for him even more and I also got in a new relationship so in Dec he asked if he could see me I said yes and since then we will secretly see one another off and on so boom April 21 I find out the girl pregnant it brought back old feelings about this man now she about to have the baby and Im just in a bad head space I have a wonderful man but it seem like I just can’t let this man go I need help he told me last Thursday it will be a while before we talk and see each other again I need help what to do I have tried and tried to leave this man alone and it’s hard I love my bf and I don’t want to mess up what I have with him it’s like all I think about is the other man when he most definitely don’t care about me I need help
