If you and your best friend work at the same job, and she starts keeping secrets from you in the work place is she a bad friend? These secrets were very important and sad to say could have risked everyone’s job today if I didn’t find out. I feel honestly betrayed because we tell each other everything. Should I not trust her as much anymore!?

Well if it's risking people's job then that's not good and should be brought up to your boss. On a side note I think that makes her a bad employee. Maybe she's going through something? Have you tried to talk to your boss or her about it?
