Can any body please tell me what is this? I am 32. No odour, no rashes just a small itching (one time, that's it) and I got to know that this was there inside my Vagina. I don't have any kids yet. Please help if you have any idea.

This looks like thrush, you would need to call your doctor and they should prescribe you with some cream and something you insert into the vagina to clear away the thrush, or you can buy from the shop, I dont think it's too much money anyway.
