How to wash farm fresh eggs??

Question

I got some fresh eggs from my mom yesterday but she warned me to clean them thoroughly before eating them
But do I just use warm water??
Or do I put some dawn dish soap on them??
Also do I have to scrub them hard enough for the brown-freckle like spots to come off??.. when I scratch them with my nail it comes off so I’m not sure if I’m supposed to scrub it off or if it’s fine to leave it

Don't wash them before use store them dirty.
When ready to use you rinse with cold water. You can wash with a small amount of soap, but honestly, we never do. 
We raise hens and the only time we wash is if we see literal dirt or poop. You just rinse very thoroughly.

Keep them on the counter til you’re ready to use them, then just give them a light wash using dish soap. I actually don’t ever wash my chicken’s egg shells unless they’re visibly dirty. They’re usually clean as can be from my backyard ladies.

I definitely would not. It can compromise the structure of the shell and slow bacterial to penetrate the egg

Just warm water enough to get any dirt or manure off. You don't need to scrub them. I personally never wash our fresh if they don't  look dirty but I wouldn't  recommend doing that with eggs bought from Someone else.

Don't wash until you use them. They are shelf stable up to a month unwashed due to the bloom. 
And I just wash with water and gently rub.
