New relationship with kids

Can you guys give me some tips on how to accomplish this? I’ve never taken a relationship slow before. I’ve only ever had 2 relationships both lasting 4 years. First one I was in high school, long distance. So we always spent the night together when we’d visit one another. (Didn’t have any kids lol) Second relationship, we were 18&19. We rushed, he stayed with me almost 24/7 at my parents. We then moved out of town to his grandparents about 2 months in. Had a kid a year later. Then another. lol. So I have 2 babies, one is 2 & the other is 2 months old.

Me & a guy I used to talk to reconnected, we do like eachother. He too also has 2 kids, a toddler & a 5 month old. So, how would we go about this? I don’t personally wanna bring him around my kids just yet. Do I get a sitter? Spend our time out of my place? 🤔 Lol.
