Extreme sweating, covid

I was wondering if anyone also had this experience or knew why it occurs. I’m on day 11 of Covid and I’ve noticed Everytime I take Tylenol, wether or not I have fever, I get sleepy but start POURING sweat. Like, ran 3 miles sweating. My clothes are soaked and I have to change them. I’m also 9 months pregnant but I don’t think that has anything to do with it really, and it isn’t the Tylenol by itself because I can take it just fine without the sweats if I wasn’t sick!
