My vibrator won't turn off

Good lord these things can only happen to me. I have a rechargeable dildo meaning no batteries to remove. I was using it and turned it off. All of a sudden it starts vibrating at the highest level while it's turned off. So i turn it on and the thing stops waiting for me to turn it on to the desired level. I left it on for a while to see if it was a momentary glitch but NO. I turned it off and it went back to buzzing! I'm staying with my mom. How exactly do i explain the super loud vibration noises!?! I have no idea what to do 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
