Late late late

Period late 7 days. Started off with mild breast pain in right boob. Now it's both. Sharp poking pain just below belly button. Strange thing is I do not believe I'm pregnant, no sex this month. Did two weeks before last months period but nothing since. Last period was different...lighter darker and seemed to linger with a brown dc. But I didn't think anything out of the ordinary....but this month nothing. Super moody and hungry. Also lost about 5 lbs...even stranger when all I want is carbs...does meno come with this? Or is there advice...ladies my breast never hurt like this for a full week usually only two days before I start and then they stop...but not this time...so confused
