Heavy white discharge 4 DPO and sex.

Anybody wd same symptoms, could u plz explain what it cud be. This is d first time ever that I'm noticing heavy clear, somewhat thick and lumpy egg white discharge suddenly appearing 3-4 days AFTER ovulation. After testing wd a strip it doesn't indicate ovulation. I had sex on my ovulation date itself. It is so much as to wet my panties and show up as white lumps in pee. What cud it be due to? There's no sign of infection, no smell, no itching. Can it indicate fertilization?
