Tips for self administering PIO

Hi everyone. I’m trying but I don’t know why I’m having such a hard time. My husband normally does my shots. I can’t get the angle right and I can’t get it fast enough like a “dart” when doing self PIO to buttocks. Any tips or suggestions?
