Can I drink coffee while breastfeeding?

I completely cut out caffeine during my pregnancy and my baby is almost 5 months old and I haven’t had any either but I miss drinking my coffee! I don’t even drink soda or anything… Thoughts??

Yes. You can. But just limit it at the evening.
Basically caffeine you drink is not harming baby, but if you are alert at night time from caffeine, your body doesn't produce much sleep hormone and baby doesn't get it trough the milk and you basically might have trouble with babys night sleep then.
