What did you wear home from the hospital?

I’m trying to pack my hospital bag but have no idea what will be good to wear on the way home. It will be mid November but I live in VA so the weather could do anything.

I wore comfortable sweatpants and one of my husbands T-shirt’s. I had planned on wearing a loose dress but when I put it one with the mesh underwear it didn’t feel right.
