8 Weeks - Faint/Dizzy

I’m just looking for some advice or to hear if you’ve experienced this.

I have been feeling incredibly faint and dizzy. I’m shaky, and I am “seeing spots” when I stand up.. feeling weak..

This is my third pregnancy but I’ve never felt this before. 😞
