16 weeks

Anyone else at 16 weeks feeling like your not growing anymore ? I feel like the last 3 weeks I have been the same. Feel baby every now and then when I'm laying down but other then that don't feel pregnant. Have had a few episodes of nausea and pee all the time but worried baby isn't growing.. had hb check up the 16th and baby was moving around and hb was in 150s but just feel like my growing belly is at a halt. Second baby. Not complaining or wanting belly to be bigger at this time just concerned it hasn't gotten a little bigger.
