My husband sleeps on the couch

We have a baby who is under 1 year. I keep the A/C at a temperature that is perfect for him. He sleeps through the night. It’s comfortable for me, too. It might be warm for a lot of people but it works for us. My husband likes it cool. Our room is too hot for him so he has been sleeping on the couch where he can set the living room ac to his desired temperature. I tried lowering the A/C in our bedroom but the baby wakes up crying. My husband also tried lowering it without telling us because he was so hot..poor thing…but I woke up to the baby crying and cold. Clearly, the baby doesn’t like it. Btw, we live in a 1 bedroom.

I hate that my hubby sleeps on the couch. I miss him. I rarely see him during the day because of work. I want to be close to him at night. I didn’t say anything for the last month but I’ve been getting upset lately. My husband bought a cooling mattress that’ll be here in probably a month or two. What would you do if you partner slept on the couch every night for this reason?.
