New Doctor????

I’m 17w4d pregnant and I’ve been having menstrual like cramping for 4 days now and I still haven’t been able to talk to my dr or been told to come in for a checkup. They asked me to come to the lab for a urine and blood sample which I provided yesterday but I didn’t get to see the dr or a nurse. I then was prescribed medication for a yeast infection and was told to insert it vaginally. Not only did they prescribe me one that was not as safe for pregnancy but then I realized, how would they know if I have a yeast infection if they only did a urine test? I have no symptoms for a yeast infection and they never did a pelvic exam or vaginal swab. Is there something I’m missing? Should I be getting a new Dr. that’s going to take me more seriously? What would you do in this situation? I still am having cramping with no answer as to why! Advice please!
