My vag stinks..

I went to the doctor and I had a yeast infection. I took the pills even took some AZO but literally there’s still a smell

Idk wtf to do Anymore I feel like I did everything idk why I stink.. I take care of myself I do, no I don’t have a std I got check already.

Help?

Smells more like a strong musky but I take showers and I don’t do much but sit at home idk why I smell like this
