am I wrong for not wanting to go to an old job?

so late July i quit my job bc the manager was being racists towards me over many times and it got to the point where I couldn’t take it anymore. ( she proved my point to me with her own words )

Yesterday I get a call from someone who works there asking if im able to work at least two days a week there

& that person knows what happened and knows how I don’t want to work there bc of the manager. But he said it’ll be night shifts and @ night the manager is never there.

So my mom told me that if they will pay me cash I’ll work and if they don’t then I won’t.

am I wrong for not wanting to go back to work there ?

Right now I don’t work, I’m just in charge of picking up and dropping off my sister @ school & then I do some things for the family business that my parents own. Other than that I don’t do anything major. But anything is better then being disrespected at a place u work.

I also have the option of learning the family business ( construction ) but it’s very hot I don’t know how the guys do it man . We go sometimes to help &that’s only like 4 hrs and my face gets soo red and I’m so sweaty &my stepdad is the one that will be teaching me so that way in like 5 years I have my own group ( that’s their goal )
