Pregnancy after graduating nursing school

Hi all! So I am a recent nursing graduate. I'm taking my boards on October 5 and currently interviewing for positions 🤞. My husband and I have a 3yo, 4 in January, DD. We are currently ttc. I know the timing isn't great but we have put a lot off for me to go back to school for nursing (buying a house, having #2, etc). We wanted our kids to be close but it just wasn't in the cards. So first I was wondering if there are any other nurses who have experienced having a baby in the first year of nursing or during their nurse residency? Also when did you tell your employer? I haven't accepted an offer yet but I'm just thinking ahead. Thank you all in advance!
