TW: clotting / miscarriage

Hi beautiful mamas - I am 9w6d today on my first pregnancy which was conceived using letrozole (2 years in the making), yesterday I peed (x2) and when I wiped, there was a very very light pink residue on the TP, I thought nothing of it because it was so light. Last night when I wiped there was a thick black clot and bright pink blood. I went straight to emergency - they immediately put me into an adult diaper and had me sit for what ended up being 14 hours, there was never another drop of blood. They took 20 vials of blood for various tests, 2 urine tests and did an ultrasound on a portable machine that wasn’t clear enough to gauge a heartbeat. They sent me home at lunch time today because they didn’t have any specialists on due to it being a weekend who could further interpret what was going on. I’ve been referred to a high risk obstetrician for a 3D ultrasound tomorrow.

Has anyone had something similar and the baby survived? I’m trying to hold onto hope since there wasn’t more blood but I’m slowly going insane waiting - I just wish they’d have given me reassurance when leaving but all the ER doctors had different conflicting opinions.
