At-home COVID-19 tests for kids?

Does anyone have a favorite test they use for their kids (2+years)? Any time my child is sick I have to send his preschool a negative COVID test result before I can send him back and I really hate going to the testing clinics because it’s stressful for him. I would love to have some rapid home tests and some PCR tests. Any suggestions for test brands that aren’t too invasive for a 3yo?

Before you go this route, make sure that they except at home rapid test results. I don’t know of a single school, daycare or employer that accepts those for return to school/work. There’s just too much room for error and they are less accurate.

Don’t do an at home test. Go to CVS and do the drive thru testing. You sit in your car and they just hand you the test ri do it yourself.

Will they accept home test results? I'm pretty sure nowhere around here will do so (and rightly so; they aren't very accurate).

Do not use at home covid tests. They aren’t reliable and you have to do it correctly. 
My mom is an RN taking care of covid patients and doing the tests and doesn’t recommend at home tests what so ever. A PCR test is an entire respiratory panel test, and that is not an at home test.
