mild cramping
some pressure down below for the past few days.
I sat down about 20 minutes ago and immediately felt something come out of me, I went to the bathroom and it was this clot. is it normal? The past few days it has been just tissue, but today has been long stringy blood all day and then this is the first CLOT.
