Breakthrough bleeding while on synarel

Im on my 2nd cycle for IUI. My cycle started on the 8th of September. Ive been on Synarel twice a day since the 20th. Im also currently taking gonal-f injections in the evenings since the 23rd. I struggle with allergies and find that even after blowing my nose beforehand, that i sneeze and have to blow again after spraying. My fear is that because of this I’ve “missed” some doses and thst my current brown spotting and cramps are symsptoms I’ve done something wrong and therefore have forfeited this cycle. I have my 2nd blood test tomorrow morning and ppan on asking them then, but wanted to check in with the brain trust now for any insight or thoughts on the subject.
