Possible inpending miscarriage?

This is my 3rd pregnancy, the other two were miscarriages where I started bleeding at 6 weeks and miscarried at 7/8.

Both times around 5 weeks 5 days my symptoms went away and I began getting weird pre-period cramping or feelings of “emptiness” I guess (difficult to describe).

Anyway, my doctor has refused to see me until 9 weeks, my only confirmation is 2 positive urine tests, one at home and one that the nurse at the clinic did, no blood tests yet or anything.

However, I woke up this morning 5 +3 with a temp drop (I still temp throughout pregnancy, I know it can change but with a previous pregnancy I had a fever for a few days without realizing so I like to keep an eye on it). And I’m having no symptoms now, my boobs are less sore, I have the empty feeling, and weird sharp cramps, feels like I will begin bleeding any minute now, weird to explain. But I haven’t bled. However I didn’t bleed until 6 weeks with the previous ones.

I know cramps in pregnancy are common, but the disappearance of the symptoms, temp drop, and the feeling of emptiness and pre-period are convincing me that I’m likely going to miscarry again. Since this is exactly how I felt before.

Please do not advise going to the doctor or calling my doctor, or finding a new doctor. I live in a very small military town and this is the only doctor that I’m covered by.
