i’m 19 he’s 7 he smacked my hand and i went to hit his hand and ended up hitting his leg, it was out of reflex and this is the first time i ever put my hands on him. he hits/ kicks me all the time and i just tell him to stop.

he likes to tell his mom every thing that happens and she flips it and calls the cops.

my mom had a “sleepover” with him where she laid in bed with him till he fell asleep and she left and his mom called cps and said he was being molested. and said sick games are being played here.

she will likely call the cops over this. do you think i’ll be charged with anything? he didn’t cry nor did it leave a mark.
