Switching OB questions

So I moved about an hour away from my current OB and think it might be easier to go to one closer my first daughter came in 6 hours (not dialated or in labor to baby in 6 hours!) so I’m a little nervous the hour drive might be too long 😅😂. I’m about 24 weeks pregnant and curious what it was like switching later in the pregnancy. I know it will be different for all,

but a few questions I have are

Did they just go off the due date you have prior?

Did they change your due date?

Did you get a scan? even though you normally don’t at that point

I appreciate the answers! Called 2 different drs to see who’s a better fit! Hopefully I can’t find someone I like.
