Frequent UTI’s

So I was told that I have “Honeymoon Cystitis”, which hasn’t been painful like it sounds like it can be for others but I get the constant start of a UTI after having sex. I take some natural stuff which I think helps it to not turn full blown like it used to. This only started happening since my husband and I began having sex. From what the doctor explained and to my understanding our bacteria doesn’t really mix well and it’s throwing off my PH (Its supposed to regulate eventually but it’s been a long time and stil hasn’t). If that’s the case wouldn’t the thrown off PH balance cause us to have fertility issues? Sperm can’t survive in a PH that’s not balanced correct? has anyone had this experience?! 😣
