This cycle seems forever

So I have always had a normal length cycle. This cycle I wasn’t concentrating on conceiving or taking any prenatal because we are waiting to get answers at my next appointment on the 4th. Last week I had very light spotting all week barely anything and I have the same issue this week just seems like it’s never ending. Should I be concerned? I am very worried something could be wrong but thinking maybe I am just overreacting. My fiancé and I have been trying to conceive for quite sometime and just frustrated that we can’t try for another cycle right now because the period won’t stop. Any advice?
