My Bf & I have COVID. He fell sick Friday. I didnt feel unwell until Sunday.

Hes been like a different person since then. He has always made weird 'jokes' about me (my apperance, my voice, etc.) I have told him i dont appreciate this & his response is always "You cant take a joke" & "what do you think a joke is". In the recent days since we've been unwell hes also began making little rude comments all of the time. Like we were in the grocery store and he asks what we need for the house, I tell him and he just stands there. I become confused and stand for a moment trying to see if hes looking at something when he says, "what? You want me to do everything?" Or when I asked him for help cooking since im sick and he said, "You always need help. Im sick, too." He woke me up in the middle of the night Sunday-Tuesday accusing me of lying about who id talked to while we were broken up (We broke up for about 4 months) and was adimant that Id had sex with someone else during this time because I hung out with a guy. He wouldnt take no for an answer and insisted I was lying. Hes always asking who Im talking to and what Im doing, He wants updates anytime anyone texts or calls me. I changed his name in my phpne from "babe" to his name after his recent behaviors and he FLIPPED OUT. Started yelling and cussing at me to change it back, and was that all he was to me, his name? He says im willing to 'ruin' us over 3 days. All i did was change his contact.

Well last night I guess he started feeling better? He started rubbing on me and asked me If i felt good enough to do it? And I said no, my stomach hurts. HE LAUGHED . & I said, "Did you just laugh..? What part of that is funny to you?" And he said "I laughed because you said your stomach hurt. Tell me how you took it and Ill tell you how thats wrong"

Have you ever dealt with this? COVID doesnt make you an ass, right?
