Missed period?

I started tracking my period & ovulation through a new app last month. My old app says my period is 2 days late, new app says I'm 1 day late. I took a pregnancy test this morning but it was negative. How soon should I test again? Any suggestions? Thanks!

I would wait a couple more days and test again. This happened to me last month. I ended up getting 5 negative tests before I started my period like 9 days late. That had never happened to me before.

Apps can’t tell you if or when you are actually ovulating! You aren’t tracking ovulation if you are going by a app. You need to use opks and bbt to track ovulation as apps can have ovulation out or not be actually ovulating. If I went by the app I could miss ovulation by up to 7 days sometimes.
