What will quickly induce labor?

I’m 39 weeks, and at 1cm dilated, 70% effaced. My baby is engaged and I have tons of pressure but only BH since I’m not progressing. I got the OK by my doctor to try and get things going. I have health issues pre-pregnancy that cause me to be in lots of pain at this point and I need my baby girl out for relief. She is perfectly healthy as well so no judgement please.

What has worked for others? I will not use castor oil !!
