Baby acne/ or milk allergy?

Hi, I’ve posted a lot about my baby’s rash, just a nervous mom looking for some similar experiences. She does have an appointment with an allergist on Monday to rule out milk allergy. She’s currently on Hipp HA 1 so it is hydrolyzed. She doesn’t have any other symptoms of a milk allergy except some diarrhea and some congestion.

The right was a few days ago and left was last night. TIA

My baby has the same thing it does get worse before it gets better. It can be baby acne or allergic reaction. I’ve been washing my shirts with babies clothes and noticed also when someone else holds her she will have a flare up on the side of her face

How old?  My son started having baby acne around 4 weeks that peaked at around 6 weeks.  Doc said anywhere from the nipples up is normal and it looks like your baby's starts right there, so my non-expert guess is baby acne.

It's an allergic reaction if it's not milk it could be whatever your using to wash her clothes etc. My son had this when he was a baby I breastfeed and I loved peanut m&m at the time and he was allergic to the peanuts once I stop eating them he cleared up I ate a package of peanut butter cookies and the samething happened to one min. Old since it happened with my oldest son I already knew what caused his face to break out
