Do y’all celebrate Halloween?

I’ve had my share of conviction from the Holy Spirit not to partake in what this season consist of. But let us glorify Christ in everything we do, amen?
Side note : It’s important for us as Christians to increase in prayer and fasting in these seasons. If you know about witchcraft then you know what I’m talking.

I don't either. It's just a conviction of mine (like yours). And I don't judge others for celebrating it. It just feels wrong for me to do it. I grew up without celebrating it or trick or treating either. People thought I missed out on a lot, but I didn't care. We're not participating in it with our daughters either.

No I don't. Everyone has to make that decision for themselves. I don't judge anyone for their choice.   Romans 14:5,6One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind.

We don’t, but our church hosts a community harvest festival with candy, Bible lessons & cute decorated cars they can look at as their parents drive through. No scary decor, no Jack o lanterns, no worldly costumes. 
At home, we give candy & a gospel tract to those who come to our door. This year, Halloween falls on a Sunday so we won’t be home for that, we’ll be at church. 
To each his own though. As we read God’s Word, God allows His word to speak to us & through that, we form convictions. It is possible that to one Christian, this conviction exists & within another, they don’t have the same conviction. 
I’ve learned that our enemy likes to disguise evil to make it look inviting & even innocent such as trick or treating. God doesn’t give us to the spirit of fear, but if power & of love. Halloween is centered around fear, even “cute” Disney Halloween movies. This is what the devil wants to instill in us is fear where God desires power & love to be. 
Let’s each approach this season with prayer & wisdom asking God to direct our decision making. 
As for me & my house, we will serve the Lord & we are not celebrating Halloween.

My husband isn’t a believer and I am. He was very adamant about celebrating it and I’m adamant about not. So we compromised this year and will trick or treat at safe trunk or treats and do costumes but nothing else. No scary movies, no decorations, nothing else. I’m also going to be passing out candy in baggies with scripture in them.
