Anyone else lose interest in normal workouts ?
Hi ladies
I lost all my drive to workout about 3 weeks after conception before I knew I was pregnant, I thought something was wrong and then bam- pregnant!
This is NOT like me at all, Iv been active my whole life and workout 5-6 days a week religiously. Is this normal for first trimester? Is this my bodies way of protecting my baby and forcing me to rest? I’m cool with the rest I just wonder if anyone else who works out alot has lost interest as well.
