Messy Cycle

Last month, my period came 3 days later than normal. As of today, my period is 6 days late and counting. Now this app is predicting my period to start a whole week and 2 days later than normal- 3 days from now. I have no clue when I ovulated. I kept getting Low & High opk’s all month. I had EWCM mid-month. I’ve had sore boobs, peeing constantly, low cramping especially on my left side (almost constantly and during/after sex), and occasional nausea for like 2 weeks now. I feel like I’m probably pregnant. But I keep testing negative. I took an ovulation test today and it was High. What is going on?!
