If you are in health care are you refusing to get the vaccine

I think if a health care person is against the vaccine then they are clearly in the wrong field and it’s great they’re leaving. You have to get a skin test done to make sure you don’t have TB, get flu shot every season, and have to be vaxxed for everything else, but y’all draw the line with this one? You joined the field because you trusted science but now you don’t? You literally went to school to be in your field but you’re ok with throwing it away? Hate to say but can guarantee that any other job you try to get will require it at one point or another. Just like most schools required us to be vaxxed
