PCOS & TTC

So about two months ago I was diagnosed with PCOS. I felt so discouraged and upset. I’ve been trying for two years and been off birth control for almost four years. After being diagnosed I started my first round of letrozole and had a terrible experience. It made me so sick to the point I was in the ER twice thinking I was having an allergic reaction but was told I was fine. Are there any tricks or different medicines yall have used to help conceive while having PCOS. I’m only 20 and getting married in January so I’m not in any extreme rush but it still feels pretty discouraging.
