Baby monitor suggestions

Question

Does anyone have a particular baby monitor they recommend, I need one that does the split screen and would love it if you can hear the sound from both rooms or it go to the room of the child that is crying. I've looked all over and can only seem to find ones that you hear the sound from the "main" room and I need both rooms.

We had a Motorola baby monitor to start. (It wasn’t my first choice but it was gifted to us.) after one year the thing was dying and cutting out. I hated that picture quality sucked and at night I could barely make my sweet baby. When we found out we were having another I said nooooope to the old monitor and went on the hunt for a new one. This thing is AWESOME! 
I was paranoid about the secure network, but they actually have a ton of safeguards in place (as does my husband with our network security). So I can see them on my phone (which was and will be again, a life saver when in the hospital giving birth and I was missing my loves). The picture quality is so much clearer and bigger. 
You can have up to 4 cameras on this device, and It has a rotation option and split screen for whichever suits your needs. 
When you do split screen, whichever camera you’re currently viewing will be the main and you select the other camera you wish to view. The sound plays out of the primary unless noise is detected in the other, then it switches over. So far I can’t say I’ve had any complaints and we are going on a year with this one. Even the customer support is awesome. Highly recommend.

This is the one I have and we love it.  The picture is amazing.  It is split screen and has scan mode where the sound switches from each camera every 10 seconds.
