Can’t find my medical records online

I’ve been trying really hard to find any medical records from my induction/birth/recovery on tricare online and there’s absolutely nothing. I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem? Is there somewhere else I need to look to find these medical records? My experience was really traumatic, and nobody was able to give me an answer as to how many stitches I got, what medications they gave me, where exactly my epidural was placed because I know it was incorrect. Do I need to just request the records in person?
