How do you put your little ones to sleep?

I carry her until and walk around the room until she falls asleep, but I want to learn other methods. Thanks!

I nurse my little guy to sleep. I know, it's not the best for him to learn to sleep independently, but I work all day and I just want to nurture and hold him. 
I also don't want to put him down awake in case he wakes our 3 year old.

Depends on the day. Some days he just falls asleep on his own and some days we rock him or hold him. Morning nap and bedtime is usually when he just falls asleep. He fights sleep every other time lol

Put her in her bed and turn on lullabies on YouTube. She can’t see it she can just hear it.

I put on a blue light, put on rain sounds and I usually just sing twinkle twinkle little star so he “knows” it’s bed time and put his down on his back. Even if he is dead asleep he will wake up and roll to his tummy and fuss and get comfy for about 5 minutes and then is out for about 12 hours.

I sit on the edge of the bed and bounce him to sleep :D usually works within a few mins. I would use a yoga/gym ball of I had one, but am too lazy to buy one :D

I nurse to sleep. Briefly tried the whole 'drowsy but awake' thing and it doesn't work for us. I get judged for it, but it works for us and I love the special bonding time. Once she falls asleep I hold her until she is in a deep sleep and then put her down and she sleeps fine on her own

I just lay her down. I rocked her for the first three months until one days he would t quit fussing. I tried laying her down awake and she stopped fussing and fell straight asleep. It was a blessing and a curse. I miss rocking her so bad

I used to nurse him to sleep but he started waking up when I moved him to his bed and that made it too difficult with our 20 month old running around. We sleep trained a couple of weeks ago and now we have a good bedtime routine and then I put him down awake. Most of the time he doesn’t fuss and when he does it’s for 5 mins max.

Feed him. Lay him down. Give him his pacifier. Put on white noise. And snuggle him.
